I wonder how long a banned user will stay as the #1 poster.

Well, deleting all of his posts would probably crash the forums. So, until Iam passes GWG I guess.

If kj1225 keeps up current posting rates (73.478 per day), until 17:49 UCT February 11, 2016.

Think so. That's where I got my 100 posts per day in my early days. Seems kind of silly in retrospect.

I was actually just wondering today as to why I hadn't seen him in so long.

He just got banned...today? So if you haven't seen him it was probably for a different reason.

I would stay neutral on the issue, but there's so much GWG-dissin' going on I actually feel somewhat obligated to say something.
Him being banned makes me legitimately sad. Maybe because I have experience in tolerating people's neuroses, or maybe because I only ever got into one argument with him, but still. Bay12 won't be the same without him (I am aware that this is neither a positive or a negative statement), and I'm gonna miss his posts. I don't know if he is aware of this, but GWG was mah homeboy. My very unilateral homeboy, but a homeboy all the same. That's it, all personnel back to their posts, yada yada.

I don't really know him that well at all. Haven't even talked to him, as far as I can recall.

But when a giant falls, it's still sad. Even if the giant was merely made from huge stacks of posts. He gave a bit of character to the forums, even in sometimes less-than-desirable ways.

For some reason I've been really overly sensitive to people calling me "sir" for the past few days. I have no idea why, I'm usually used to it, but suddenly every time I hear it feels like a punch to the gut.

Who calls people "sir" anyway?
