How to fix Missing Item Definition after tileset change?

I'm getting the error Missing Item Definition: ITEM_TOOL_PEDASTAL and I'm hoping someone knows how to fix it. My futile googling has indicated it's likely a problem with the raws, but I'm not sure how to fix it. I changed tilesets in between the last load which I'm guessing is the source of this problem. I set the tileset back but the error is persisting. Anyone know how to resolve this?
