Well...Demons are made by other demons, usually powerful ones. It's more like mitosis than pregnancy or whatever, but it isn't much like either.
Demons are theoretically immortal. Any demon, from the least imp to the greatest archdemon, will live until the end of time--or, more likely, until something stronger kills them. I'm not sure what happens after that, though.

Typical demonic lifespans are usually "only" around several millenia. 400,000 years is pretty rare for those that don't get to the top. It's a demon-eat-demon world.

Demons aren't inherently defined. Ex. If Sen is a paper demon, it's a conscious choice she made at some point. Similarly with gender and whatnot.
Young demons are weak and fairly loyal to their creators, but cunning. They already know basic stuff, generally about all they (usually) need to survive and prosper except skills of various sorts.

Depends on what part of it. The Twilight isn't any coherent sphere, it's basically the miscellaneous section.

Fate has no denizens since nothing can exist within it. Technically, Annie and Wheatley aren't so much a part of it as much as they are representations of the universe's tendency to continue unto Fate.

Wall Street does. They're pretty much all neutral though and spend their time doing business beyond the comprehension of humanity.

I don't know. Most things would be Creation or Void though. The Twilight is presumably a rather small group.

That isn't a very good description for characterisation seeing as there are plenty of Void and Creation entities that fuck with reality as well. I don't really know. If they represent the absence of courage, Void; if they represent the concept of fear, Creation; if else, then ask @Ragnarok.

Well, they don't do any.
Basically they come in three main groups.
NPs:  They warp reality to make the victim supply their own fear and thus they don't have to stay out in the open like the other two groups to make sure they don't do to much scaring. Normally takes the form of objects related to creative pursuits.

Cs:  They Stay out in the open in their object form where they'll be in constant contact with a specific person or persons. They add the fear themselves and moderate themselves as they have a very, very good idea of how far they can go.

Ds:  They take fear from paranoia and normally take the form of dolls and other things that inspire an uncanny valley effect. They are constantly active and let themselves be seen before harvesting to speed up the process. They also kill victims on occasion.

And that's what I have written for them right now.
