Two notes.
1. I'm willing to write up transcripts for other duels if requested.
2. I think we need a more formal way of keeping track of the field. Maybe the GM should use spoilers like so many of the players have been?

Angel skips back to the stands, proud of a victory which was easy (if a bit close), quick, and let her correct a proctor on the rules of Duel Monsters.

...The thread was locked... This can't be good.
What posts got deleted when I wasn't looking?

Also she has four dice of it.
Since we're not using GURPS, "four dice" is kinda meaningless. Innate Attacks--that is, ranged magical attacks--cost I think 15 points base; a Cosmic one would be 60 points.
Using the power tiers rules would let you reduce that, although it would let mundane and higher-level abilities block your attack.

lol, equality for humans and AI?
if Icarus would find it actually feasible to pull off, she'd go for world domination by machines any day.
And this is why we need to remove Pintsize shenanigans from her daily dose of Questionable Content.

My guess is the majority of the AI's just want to be accepted, although like humans, there are always exceptions.
I'm reminded of that speech I linked a few pages back.

there's probably less than 20 actual AIs out there in total. hardly a basis for equality
Are you implying that it's impossible for extreme minorities to have equal rights?

"So you didn't notice the signs or the repeated military commands to evacuate the city?"
Or the swirling vortices of magical doom?

((In that case, you should have a ceramic edge, they're extremely sharp))
Ceramic is also brittle. You know what ceramics are, right? You're basically suggesting he give his diamond sword an edge made out of weapons-grade broken clay pot to make it less brittle.
You know what isn't very brittle? Metal (well, properly-smelted/forged metal).

"Nah, it doesn't care, because it can't actually care. It's like saying it's not okay to paint your car red, because it prefers being blue."
If my car was sentient, that would be problematic.

"We think alike and have the same personality, but that is coincidence."
I would have gone with "...but that is by my choosing" or something along those lines.

This game is...less fun than anticipated. What a shame.

Kyle sighs.
"...my armors weak..."
"It was a rules retcon, it's always been like this. And you can still use Merlin, you dunce!"

5
Reading that update, I got the Oric tip #60. "You will all die to a Sibling's hands. Finally, the aberration will be mine." Ominous.
I got Cherish's "You will never get those points in cheating" (#021).

+1 to investigationing, bulwarking and dollaring.
I love you Al. You know how to get things done and it is a wonderful thing. Never change.
Al. Tell us your thoughts on the situation. Monologue.
+1

I'm pretty sure my interpretation of the rules is correct. Aside from no part of the rules saying you can skip phases, it would kinda negate the ability of not only Malicious Fiend but also everything on this list--dozens of cards, and I'm pretty sure some others as well.

7
"You can't do that. My Malicious Fiend switches all your monsters to Attack Mode during the Battle Phase before forcing them to attack--which can't be skipped, even if you don't want to declare any attacks."

8
And if it wasn't impossible she would be a dullahan in this game. :P
You just need to find some advanced life magician who lets Mami's head live separately and keep her body from decomposing or anything, then install electronics in her body that let it be controlled remotely and add a remote control in Mami's skull. Easy*!

*May not be easy. GreatWyrmGold is not responsible for any major character deaths that may occur from interpreting his jokes as serious advice.

Is anything going to...happen? Right now, it feels like the low points of RotMG, the ones without ludicrously overpowered characters or players playing God.

You have superior physical stats by a long shot so you could strangle someone it may not be the most... diplomatic option it would probably work, unless someone decides on a revenge killing or something then the tantrum spiral begins.
It's more of a loyalty cascade, but not much like either.

Well, the obvious ones include a power generator, a sub-exosuit (so I don't need to worry so much about recoil from the sibilus, variants, and other such weapons), and maybe some kind of built-in sidearm, as well as removing some of the more prominent weaknesses; I'm open to suggestions, though.
I agree for the most part with the Mk1 to Mk2 upgrade of no heating fins, if you don't have that in there, but if something has to go in your design, I would say the sidearm or the sub-exosuit. As for sidearm, the red hand could work very well if it's a 4 TPU generator, as it would already be part of the suit. Though it is still just a hand laser. Maybe upgrade it to regular laser rifle strength if that doesn't take too much space.
Do you know what "sidearm" means?
And as for the sub-exo...I'm planning to have silibus rifles (sibili?) and similar weapons play a bigger part in weaponry. It seems to be more powerful than a simple gauss rifle while also having better long-range fire. Pretty much the best (basic) kinetic weapon in the armory.

((Somehow, I doubt that you can summon replicas of computer programs on demand.))

Maybe Wind? I mean, space is just flying higher than the atmosphere.

Or whatever existing spaceship cards are.

((And that's how the word for "Fire Backward" was discovered.))

I'll be sure to incorporate some of those ideas into my ARMor project!
I just know I'll regret this, but what ideas do you already have for your 'ARMor' project?
1. Add some utilities that everyone should have into a Mk I suit.
2. Add those and other utilities to Mk II and II suits.
3. Fiddle with them until the AM and piecewise agree to put my upgrades in the armory at good prices.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 with other forms of armor.
