Mafia / One Day Mafia: Mafia Win!

Hey!

Would you like to play the quickest game of Mafia I can think of? Would you like to work on your teamwork skills in an environment in which you are guaranteed a team? Do you absolutely hate power roles? Welcome to One Day Mafia. There will be no night phase, and only one day. There will be 12 players, and these will be assigned into one of 4 groups. These groups are public, and share alignment (the alignment is, of course, not public)- 3 will be groups of town, and 1 will be a group of mafia. Each will have their own quicktopic in which to discuss stuff.

The day will last 72 hours from when I send out your PMs and start the day- there will be no extensions to this.

How voting works:
Each group receives one vote to place on the group they wish to lynch. Your group may either unanimously elect a leader to make the decision, or simply vote individually, in which case the group which receives the most votes from your own group will be voted for. If there is a tie, no vote is cast. At the end of the day, the group with the most votes loses- if it is mafia, town win. If it is town or there is a tie, mafia win.

Forum Games and Roleplaying / Registering Interest: Liar Game-esque Game

I want to run a game that is Liar Game themed. It would be tournament style, with 5 rounds each with a varying rule set. The general goal would be to acquire as much money from other players as possible, with those who have acquired the most money at the end being ranked highest. Because it would probably take a long time to both host and play, I'm checking to see if enough people would even want to play the game before I begin hosting it.

This is a game in which the objective is to have the most votes. Only half of the players can win and players who have won can still vote. Each round will last for around 24 hours. You can't vote for yourself. If an odd number of people join, the amount of people who can win is rounded down.

I want to learn to play D&D without subjecting my stupidity upon others or buying heaps of rulebooks. Does anybody know of a good site for this?

DF Bug Reports / [40d] Clothier enraged while receiving punishment

While my clothier was eating bluefish in a dining room, I got the announcement that he was enraged. I don't know how this happened as there are no enemies nearby or any fighting going on anywhere.

Clothier received a combat buff during punishment, which seems to be a bug.

Curses / Weird new pickup lines

I haven't played LCS in ages, and just recently downloaded the newest version. Is it normal for my characters to be talking within brackets during seduction? Also, it's a bit odd that my pickup line succeeds when they answer yes to my abstinence education question, although I could just be not getting it.

Edit: Actually wait I just realised that it's probably an effect of free spech being C+.

I noticed they were gone after they were posted yesterday, with no trace of them. When I try and go to them via history, it says they were either deleted or are off-limits to me. I was wondering why this was.

I have kidnapped and succesfully turned a janitor but I don't have him as a sleeper, and I didn't choose for him to join LCS as a member. What's with this?

DF Modding / Question about playing as megabeasts.

What tag do I add to megabeasts to make them playable in adventure mode? I added [INDIV_CONTROLLABLE] but that dosen't seem to work.

I can do all the grip actions like take-down, pinch, gouge and so on, but I need to change to lock to break limbs. However, I don't know how to procede to lock when I've grabbed a limb. I'm doing it with wolves though, so that might have something to do with it.
