Okay so first off, you used part of the word in the acronym itself. You shouldn't use the word Paper in a backronym of Paperback.
Second, what is a crocodile kangaroo?
Third, the phrase has nothing to do with an actual paperback. For that matter, it doesn't have anything to do with anything. It's a nonsense phrase.
