Unfortunately, the cat is beyond help now. I heard in the sad thread. I am sorry for your loss

I believe me, if it were as simple as pain killers, then i absolutely would've done that. When an experienced vet says it's renal and kidney or liver failure.... Yeah. Plus there's other things involved in quality of life, like what a cat can and can't do for itself. This was far from an easy thing to do.
