((How utterly infuriating, i have seen the code used in the perplexicon picture before but i cant for the life of me remember the name or location of the book i saw it in.

Edit: actually i think ive got it, i do believe that it says as follows.
Null is the avatar of the other, the sealers are mad.
Or the sealers are mad null is the avatar of the other.

Not sure about that last part but i also believe that the bookmark says nancy newby, or is meant to, i wound up with nancy nenby, but i think thats just a digital glitch.

I believe it's a combination of the 'water' word and a will shaped depression of concrete.
