Eating a quarter of one in every meal, or a half if I want it particularly spicy. They're delicious if you don't overdo it - you might not believe this, but they have a flavor. Kind of citrus-y. Dice it up and sautee it with all the other vegetables (unlike most peppers, start early, like around the time you would carrots and onions - long heat exposure seems to reduce the burn a little bit, letting the rest of the flavor shine through). Same as ghost peppers, basically, but with half the quantity.

I highly recommend them, if you like spice, just don't combo them with anything that already gives you indigestion, and make sure to wash your hands thoroughly after cutting them. If you so much as touch your eye, it'll be pretty bad. I can't actually speak from experience on my last post, but I'd wager it would count as a war crime if you inflicted that situation on somebody else at least.

Capsicum is actually pretty regularly the first thing I'm frying off; green capsicum is one of the ingredients of the Holy Trinity (i.e. southern cookin' mirepoix)
