You don't see any actual wires sticking out anywhere, but you feel a little awkward. You back off a bit, and as you touch a loose metal panel a spark flies between you and it (albeit small).
There's obviously some sort of strong electric field there, though you might be able to safely transverse there if you get a "lightning rod" of some sort.

You make sure that the jumper cable is actually grounded. You have enough length to go all the way to the door, and then some. Not sure how you will hold it, though...
