Okay Elf. Here are the issues with Mio right now.

Firstly, too many damn "Hit Harder" actions. You could probably turn Piercing Strike and Fierce Charge into Free Actions that may only be activated on the same turn as God Hand, apply their respective effects in exchange for having cooldown, reducing the attack's power, or a combination thereof. That way any level up for the Overlays will need only increase their effect rather than having to balance in damage boosts for them as well. Maybe Determined Facade as well.

Secondly, Jolt Counter and Heavenward Strike fill similar roles. They are both for enemies with high offensive stats. The former is just a lot more situational.
