Hello and welcome to Roll to Infect. Stated below will be how to join, the rules etc. I will not abandon this as it will be a simple RTD and therefore easy to be the GM.

No. We cannot just wait, the enxt person to step in could be a policement, a thug or at any rate someone able to defend themselves. By going into a bar, we will find people drunk enough not to oppose us.

We could also wander into a bar with a bouncer, or with the local sports team, or any number of belligerent drunks looking to get in a fight.  Ever heard of the term "bar fight"?  Those things happen, and are quite dangerous for a person without friends, especially if he pisses off everyone at the bar.  There's also likely going to be a large group of people willing to fight us.  Compare this to us in an alley, our own territory, and some poor sod on his own.  We'll have the benefit of surprise.  We could also hide should an extremely well-armed subject come along.  Alley lurking still has my vote.

[5...AGAIN] You see a bathroom in the midst of this drunken madness. [2] It seems no one is in a stall.. Oh well shouldn't take to long...But where should you hide in ambush?

The zombie enters the stall and (3) tries to put it to occupied by locking it but his hands are to decayed (You now need to evolve to use bathroom stall locks) (3) A (obviously drunk) man walks in and gos over to the urinal. (6) you open the door silently and walk behind the man without him knowing. (6) You bite him, it gets him under his sleeve, the infection instantly over takes him. (+1 zombie)....so who will control this one?

Alright another turn

Drunkie (5) runs behind the door to hide then tears out his molars. (4) They could work....we'll have to test it though.

Jerkhole (1) can't find a hiding spot!

Patient Zero (2) stands next to Jerkhole!

(1) The bouncers charge in with their fists only! (six would have been shotties :3) (2) They ask if Jerkhole and Patient zero are okay.

(3) Drunkie stabs both bouncers in the back with his molars! (2) The infection will take 30 minutes to infect!

(5) Zero pushes them down and gets kicked out of the way!

(4) Jerkhole bites bouncer A and (1) He doesn't penetrate the skin.

You now have control over Fatass also I may implment a mutation stat which will allow you to gain points, and upgrade your zombies (I would keep track of this of course)

By the way, I think the mutation point awards should be the other way around; you get more points for eating a human rather than turning them.  That way, you have two options to increase your power, either eat the human and give yourself awesome abilities, or turn the human to increase the hoard.  Both are viable strategies, but it would provide some incentive to actually eat a human.
