Loki was impregnated by a horse one time.

He was also impregnated by Odin as a horse one time.  Odin took their child and used it has his horse.

It wasn't Odin as a horse. It was a giant's horse -- the aesir had hired the greatest wallmaker (the giant) to build a wall around Asgard, but they didn't want to pay him. So they tell him they will only pay if he finishes within an unreasonably short timeframe, but being the greatest wall builder and with the aid of his ludicrously powerful stallion the giant still seems to be able to complete the wall in time. So they hatch cunning plans to make him fail so they don't have to pay him anything, and Loki's plan is to lure the stallion away by taking the shape of a mare. And the rest is history.

His cunning plan also failed, by the way, the giant still completes it within time. The story ends with the gods sending Thor to bashing his head in (as usual).

Haha, Loki could not even eat more well than Fire, what measly little deeds could he amount to?

Do they still do flyting at your place, Scriver?

Unfortunately not, here the only thing that floats is... nah I've got nothing, which is also why I should be thankful for there not being flytings any more, because I would lose every time and probably cry

One thing you see there is that never die
Judgement laid upon lost wit battle

And my wit isn't just staircase wit it's loft apartment doorway wit

Flyting sounds like "flyta" which means "float" in modern Swedish, by the way, hence the attempt above

I posted my happy without expecting a response and promptly forgot about it... thank you all. I love coming back here every now and then, because everyone here is so nice. Don’t deny it.

No, it’s been a while since I was on that server, I had no idea it was even still up. I’ll have to take a look around again.

So, my roommates have all gone back home for 'Eid, and I'm the only one left who decided not to go back. I say it's because I fear COVID, but it's also because I want to get away from my parents. On one hand, I'll be celebrating alone, but on the other hand, I'll be celebrating alone. A room all to myself, and no parents to call me by gendered terms every other conversation. Hell yeah!

Tomorrow is Victory Day (the day the war in Europe ended). Gonna burn some Nazi flags tomorrow.

Would you not be better served learning a bit about how your local area dealt with the war effort?

Not Max but from the same area. My town had its train-making factory moved here during the war. Now it's the town's main job source. It made bullets and artillery shells during the war too.

:D

It's always the right time to burn some Nazi flags.

I don't have any such materials to burn, but I do have a Pride flag I rarely fly.  Probably a similar effect!

Edit:  Rather than crafting Nazi symbols (even to burn), one could always make crude effigies of Hitler I guess.

But what if it encourages flag sales?

You could make your own, I suppose.
