If the LCS founder has too high a wisdom, does that mean that it can actually be converted to conservatism by arch-conservatives?

So how does it work? Does it check the difference between wisdom and heart or does it merely check versus heart and wisdom?

What I really want to know is if by some chance a liberal was converted to conservatism with 15 heart and 15 wisdom and then converted back to liberal with a guitar, can they continue to be converted back and forth even though they will eventually have more heart and wisdom then the conservative?
