2. It's dark in here and you can't hear much from where you're at.

Clair and Jeremiah face off on the landing. Their eyes are locked and their weapons/hands are drawn. Jeremiah swings first (5+1) and he's going to hit her, but Clair is quick on the stab and (5) her letter opener swings his way. They connect simultaneously - he takes 1 damage and she takes 2. They both reel from the blows, sway for a second, and collapse.

Meet back at the elevator before going up.

4. Jackie is already at the elevator. You head in and go to the 15th floor. On the way up (6) the places where you treated yourself with the first aid kit start itching intensely. You keep scratching them, but it doesn't stop. The itching rapidly turns into pain as green scales tear through your skin, dealing 3 bleeding damage to you. Your maximum HP has increased by 1.

Jackie inches away from you. This isn't the weirdest thing she's seen all day, but it's still unnerving.

You reach the 15th floor. There's some blood and blast marks on the ground nearby, but it doesn't seem like anything is going on too close to you. You hear fighting in the distance.

Must! Escape! Illusion!

4. You continue to push the influence out of your mind. It's slow going.

23342 appears at the landing above you. "Dont resist, Aiden. You're one of us now. This is good for you." He reaches for you, (2) but you evade him easily.

...That's not how I remember it.  I remember trying to find my way down some stairs with a fire axe.  When out of nowhere, Mr. Stabby jumps me.

It was, one of the most entertaining forum game fights I've had.  Almost as good as my endless battle in that cat game. 

So, it was fun.  I just wanted to know why.
