If you want these guys to be big, they're smaller than dwarves. Try a body size bigger than 100000.

Common Domestic if you want them purchasable on embark, IIRC as well.

Can't remember if that also activates them for being brought by da elbs.

If they have Pet tag and are not evil(And above ground) they should be able to bring 'em.

I am still waiting for the day when these can be made from a bunch of mechanisms and bronze. This is pretty good for the meantime.

There's some minor typos in the raw, this should fix it:
Code: [Select]
[CREATURE:GOLEM_BRONZE]
[DESCRIPTION:Medium-sized golems who inhabit mountains. They can feel pain, unlike their larger cousin, the Bronze Colossus.]
   [NAME:bronze golem:bronze golems:bronze golem]
   [CASTE_NAME:bronze golem:bronze golem:bronze golem]
   [CREATURE_TILE:'C'][COLOR:6:0:0]
      [ATTACK_TRIGGER:80:10000:100000]
   [PETVALUE:250]
   [CLUSTER_NUMBER:3:7]
        [FREQUENCY:35]
   [PET]
   [TRAINABLE]
