IIRC, the blue=boy, pink=girl association used to be reversed, because wedding dresses were blue, and pink had the association with blood.

It might or it might not have pink dye by default, but adding a single color of dye isn't that big of a mod eitherway.

I did this for about a week.  Curiosity got the better of me.  When I started researching it to find out how in the heck grown men could like ponies and unicorns with long eyelashes, I got too interested.  Then I watched an episode, then I watched another.  Then I had a favorite pony.

Ponies have given me my own WTF recently though.  One of the player claimed ponies in one of the community forts got killed recently.  Then the player posted this little thing about the pony going to heaven.  The pony wasn't all that important recently.  It wasn't even that big of a deal, but man, I almost teared up over that.  I could freaking feel it coming.

What have ponies done to me?

Must go shoot something in a video game now to recover some manliness...

When my little pony first came out my old forum had a script that changed the word pony in every thread/topic to space marine.  So if someone tried to talk about it they'd unintentionally call it my little space marine. So it'd restore some manliness to the poster
