They recently released a new trailer for their new game about playing as an astronaut on the Apollo mission! Woo!


While their forum isn't too active, it does wake up once in a while. I suggest B12 be its' caffeine!

I love that they actually modeled (poorly) Kennedy just to put him on that little TV.  And what happened to Moonbase Alpha, anyway?  Did they just give up on that after everyone made fun of their free demo?

I think Moonbase was ALWAYS going to be just a free demo, a tech demo of some of the ideas they had in mind for their game.

Yeah, it wasn't a free demo. It was a tech demo of a space-based game in the unreal engine.

I still think it was great. Very polished, very user friendly, and lots of fun for what it was.

I'm having a hard time seeing how this would be anything worth while on a computer... unless the player got creative and just spun in their office chair.

The rest of the game looks like it could be ok, but I'm not holding my breath.

I think the centrifuge part is a minigame you pass to get your astronaut through training. It's not meant to make you, the player, feel as if you're in the centrifuge.
