Because you're in Eval and majority of Methiantese Army is with you, the council members decided to alert you first before any decision is taken.

A) Postpone this until you negotiate with Caun of Eval.
B) Ask them to call an emergency mobilization to provide soldiers for Cidric, with supplies as well.
C) Tell them to send Cidric some supplies.

C. It's what we came here for, really. Annexing them outright might piss off the Damdamians more than we can afford to placate them, but committing so much and having so many men on both sides die only to walk away with some cash is a bit of a waste.
