How fun is SPAMKINGDOM series?

Mind-bogglingly popular game series that you follow from early on and cannot stop, waiting for new installment like a drooling addict.
Long-runner soap opera you're too invested into to just stop watching it.
A fun little comic strip in the daily newspaper that's been around forever.
3/6
Who said it's fun? I didn't for sure.
I'm just waiting here for it to die horribly already so it will stop showing on my Unread Posts list.

Enact Settlement Policy

I don't dislike choosing an heir freely, but I would rather wait until we are not at the cusp of peak unhappiness

And I'd rather wait on adopting an expensive settlement policy until we are not on the cusp of financial collapse.

I'm pretty sure that our dynasty died at least once during the first span kingdom, the court just selects a new dynasty when it happens.

We only loose if the Enpire collapses absolutely.

It was in Spamkingdom+, yeah, when Merachd of Tven got murked and replaced with the much more successful and completely unrelated Estwalf of Tven.

Yeah, can we not commit to burning tons of money when we have no money?

Maybe if we loose this game we can start playing as Eval. They seem to be completely immune to game overs.

What expensive? It’s free... I even put a quote and all that.

Umm... It literally has no upper limit on how much money it will cost us.

Quote
Enact Settlement Policy:
Guarantee that those willing to settle in previously undeveloped lands or territories yet unclaimed by any nation will be given a certain amount of money to help further their effort. However, this might cause a severe drain on the Treasury, especially during times of sudden, mass migrations to the countryside.

I'm familiar with it. :P

To repeat and expand the bold part:
Quote
Enact Settlement Policy:

However, this might cause a severe drain on the Treasury, especially during times of sudden, mass migrations to the countryside.

...

4. Yes, but even then you will get prompts that 'people want to move to unclaimed lands of X, pls sponsor per Policy guarantee'.

That is NOT free, it is just not annual. It even warns that RNG can screw us over. Which doesn't mean it will. But it can.

There's a part where it says "you send" as if the crown has agency here, but there's also the part where any random pioneer can come by looking for a handout. And we have promised to give it to them.

I'm not that afraid of rebellions. We got a +3 towards putting down the last one we faced.

Y'all really, really, REALLY gotta scratch your votes off.

I believe however that settlement policy has won by several votes at least (only elective succession came close) ;v

You decide to Enact Settlement Policy, as well as raise taxes amongst people as the Army needs to suffer money shortages for another year.

1159 AD, Spring

The diplomats return! They have managed to establish a trade treaty with merchants of the King of Rucus.

In the same time, the furs arrive from the north; you order them sent to Rucus immediately.

Few days later you receive news from the Orcworld; the fortress has been finished!

1159 AD, Mid-Spring

First barrels of young wine from Tiftit arrive at your court. A small sampling of the wine makes your courtiers nod in approval.

The question is, what do we do with the Tiftit Springwine, now and in the future?

A) Trade it abroad for profits and fame.
B) Distribute it amongst Methiantese subjects.
C) Sell it locally to merchants and nobles.
