You decide that the Ur-Uk scholar can stay at the fortress if he wants to learn Methiantese culture.
1167 AD, Late Autumn
City of Karasau remains unbroken.
Few days after the report from the east, you receive news from Orcworld fortress; a new delegation of Ur-Uk arrived to pick up Ururang. The scholar in question extensively studied weapons and stonework of Orcworld Fortress, as well as examined foodstuffs and plants and minerals stored in the storerooms. He picked up some scrolls and ledgers of lesser importance that the fort's archivist was able to part with.
Ururang himself, before leaving, written a lengthy scroll with charcoal. The letters of Ur-Uk are as numerous as they're flowing; the wise men at the fortress counted up thirty different symbols, and amongst them sixteen seem to have two or three variations each, with only a 'dot' or 'line' of difference.
The delegation left without any further ado.
1167 AD, Winter

Victory for the Cydwyl! King Estjald managed to break the strength of Helliste in half, and they yielded to his demands. They're no longer allowed to gouge prices or impose taxes on Cydwyllian merchants, and King Helo has also to pay eight years worth of tribute.
Meanwhile, Karasau is still under siege. Fireblood attacks have pierced two out of four layers of the Parsian walls, and many houses and estates were plundered, but the military and governmental center remains untouched. Still, the Parsian leaders reject any peace talks.
1167 AD, Midwinter
Karasau has fallen! Neither Manipur nor Dashir were found in the palace, although the barely-alive King Shapur has been captured. The man is suffering from advanced rheumatic and muscle pains, as well as has trouble breathing. He has proclaimed Alalkan, his nephew and only royal male, as his envoy and representative for peace talks. Currently, only the sparsely populated badlands and mountains of eastern-northeastern Parsia remain untouched by Methiantese occupation.
The officers in charge are asking how to proceed with him.
A) Execute both, and install Methiantese governor of Parsia at once!
B) I will send my son Bjern as my representative for diplomatic talks.
C) I will send my brother Saenn as my representative for diplomatic talks.
D) I will send my instructions what we need to achieve in peace negoations.
E) Send him over, I will decide what to do with him.
