Start looking for her near the entrance and the car

You rush to the front sliding door and look out, but don't see Anita anywhere. Not on the sidewalk, not in or near the car.

Read the patient list.

Hoping for any sense of direction, you take a look at the most legible document in your posession:

You head further in and find an elevator, punching for the fourth floor. The doors slide open onto a hallway painted a different color, pastel blue, from the ground floor. The sun shines brightly through windows on the side of the hall upon blurry figures walking through. An unfamiliar town lies outside, and the morning seems quite a bit further on than when you came in. Hmm, this layout doesn't look quite right either. Wasn't this elevator toward the center of the building?

Focus. 407... 407... you follow along the hall until you see the number, and find the door unlocked.

"...oh." Anita's voice comes from behind you.

"Heeeey, it's you again. What's-"

Anita steps past you and opens the door. Inside, you see a child sitting up in a hospital bed, her features strongly reminiscent of the approaching Anita's. "Clary!"

"Sis!"

Anita takes the child's hand, her clothes now completely different and her hair tied back. "Oh Clary, I've missed you! Have things been nice here?"

"Uh-huh. But it's boring sometimes. And lonely. Can I come home with you today?"

Anita leans in closer. "Natty's still got things to do at her new job. But I promise, I'll get that home care soon, and then you can come stay with me. And you won't have to go stay in the hospital again."

"And the ducks? We can go see the ducks?"

Anita smiles, embracing her. "First thing, Clary. I'll meet you at the ducks."

You blink. Anita's once again as you met her, and the room seems to grow... distant somehow as she stands up and turns around. "I remember now. Let's go."

"No..." She steps past you again, into the hall. "I'm better than I was though."

Hmm. "Are... we all done?"

"Not just yet. But I remember where to go now. Will you take me?"

"Sure. Where ever you're headed, it won't be the worst ride I've given so far this week."

Hope that's true.
