It's a kobold and a Dwarf.

Gnomes are beardless.

If you're pointing out the curly toes, those are knife-holders.  :o

They remind me of the old Weebl flashes.  "Come to Kenya" specifically, very similar art style.

Something about them reminds me of VGCats.  It's probably my imagination though.

Do you all remember an old art form used on this forum? It was sorta like this, only more detail, or less, depending. I remember one particular depiction of a kobold going into a tower of elves. That had been enslaved.
