I did once. Then I removed the sunflowers to sell for pocket change.

I got the evil presence message while I was deconstructing the dungeon, so I save-and-reload-ported back home. Will he still come?

EDIT: The answer appears to be "no," unfortunately.

Why couldn't it just be a handful of world eaters? I could deal with that...

Actually it is very obvious what his equipment is. (uhh that came out more pompos then I intended)

It is VERY tough to beat Cthuhu without peircing equipment, or insanely fast weapons, because of his eye spawning. While Eater of Worlds can be beaten with melee weapons.

Really stock up on Shrukens.

As for my equipment, gold trousers, shadowscale top, and... the miners hat, because screw drowning in the dark.

I want to save my meteor bars for a rainy day...

And find about 50 fallen stars to use as ammo for it.

Alternatively, I usually use a flintlock pistol with regular musket balls. Generally it takes me about 500 to kill him (including misses and killing the little eyes).
