I find they're incredibly useful for storing more important things, and you can remember what's in it.

Plus, it looks official and smart!

Anyway, someone stole all my stuff, and also de-spiked my house.
I don't go around ruining everyone else's effort, and whoever did it is incredibly petty.

I've left you a sign, haven't you read it? :P

That was punishment for taking all the books from dungeon and hoarding all bookcases for yourself, not to mention other dungeon items.

I'll be happy to import dungeon things from my world if you want; I don't need nor want them.

Keep one for me until we hit hardmode? I prefer using nightmare pick but that doesn't mine cobalt ::)

If I recall mythical is either the best magic spell prefix, or maybe the second best. In either case you've got a pretty rockin weapon for hardmode right there, yep. :D

Yeah, Mythical is the best there is for magic. Legendary and Unreal are the best for melee and ranged.

From what I understand from the fanbase of the game. The entire point of Hardmode is to exploit the game in everyway possible.

So if you are not using exploits (such as Meteors for Meteor heads) then you arn't doing it right.

Honestly, a cross necklace seems to make most of the bosses trivial as long as you know to rush into their low damage attacks whenever you can. It's kind've counterintuitive but it works pretty well. :P

Aside from the bosses though it's not terribly hard to get through hardmode without exploiting anything.

Its the grinding really that will slow you down more then anything.

and BOY you thought Terraria loved making you walk around the world to grind out objects before? Well they MARRIED grinding for hardmode.

You thought I was talking about the bosses? No I was talking about the grinding. You need to exploit to remove several hours out of it.

Oh, that, yeah. Soul grinding is a drag. That was really the only issue I had with it (I've long since completed hard mode) but it was a pretty huge issue to be fair.

Soul grinding isn't too bad.

Just get Might first and you're all set. At least I THINK might.

Though Flight really help with maneuverability to get others.

can't get legendary for spear-type weapons if I remember correctly.
Some weapons can't get the best because of their weak built-in knockback power, like the Minishark, Magic Harps, and yeah, spears. Maybe flails also? I don't know about flails.
