I have named a dwarf after you, my Thread reviving friend. He's the one sole guard of the fortress. Unarmed, UNarmored. And the skelks are on their way.

I actually laughed out loud at the necromancer and the community's reaction to it. Hilarious!  :D Either a Dabbling Forumsdwarf making a honest mistake or a Legendary Jerk. Either way you'd end up chained down in the dog breeding pit for some months in my fortress.

I thought this was a new version until I saw 19a. Nevertheless, coming home from work, seeing this, then being disappointed..

I'm kinda glad this thread was necro'd.  After reading a couple of the beginning posts, I was drawn to one of the links posted in the beginning, this really old thread.  Look at all of those posts by Toady.  Like a treasure trove of old information  :)

And all the hoot about adventure mode being put in, I always took that for granted  :)

Bump for great justice and April Fools' spirit.

Also, two-and-a-quarter year necro record FTW!

And yes, that's what I've been planning for today. My relatives aren't too keen on jokes lately. So, enjoy yourselves.
