That's, uh, your own problem. :P

You wish you had those when the adamantine golems start sieging...

It's one of the reasons why I recommended turning off megabeast entities...

Two fortresses lost in the first year to dragons. They come right as the caravans, yes caravans with an 's', arrive. The caravans last for seconds, while my seven untrained dwarves run away in terror. I just learned that dragons can topple my 'defenses' which consist of copper bars blocking the entry, connected to a lever. Also, how do I use fire breath when I am being a dragon in adventurer mode?

No way, unfortunately. No way to use any innate ability right now.

The megabeast sieges are an "unintended consequence", as they were conceived before the current system took place.

I figured it out. Mass produce Gorruth-Kel trap components, build them along a narrow path... Also have some Gorruth-Kel bolts for your crossbowman/men and shoot from a high tower. You will have to dedicate most all of your first year to the construction of the above stated. I recommend starting with several furnace operators. Also, this strategy only works with the mineral mod (also by Sean Mirrsen) installed. Edit: Actually I do not know what mod it comes with. I just looked in the min mod forum post and couldn't find it... Unless it uses another name...
