Much simplified, but if you had a town on the map, you get a starting bonus!
Needs a way for secret communications, though. anybody got an idea?

Edit2: As long as theres at least two people (one to post and one to action) in the FFA link, they can do whatever, as long as stays at least semi-coherent.
