In this case, I believe it's a reference to one particularly badass queen of the dwarves.  Her thread is somewhere.

One of my dwarves made a book called "More Dwarf"

... "I HAVE A NECROMANCER AT MY DOOR AND MY MILITIA IS BEING OVERWHELMED. THE DOCTOR GAVE ME A PERSCRIPTION AND IT WAS MORE DWARF!"

I thought that was the cure to Forgotten Beast infestations. Throw "More Dwarf".  Worked for my very first FB. It only killed 20% of my fort (30 dead).

Going for random naming of my Dwarven group to see if I can find something nice, and one of the first random ones I got was: "The Anal Hatch". And honestly, I started giggling like an immature brat at that.
