Used a few more canned ingredients than I'd like, but there are a lot of old cans in this house that need usin'. Also, I saved the cheese for the garnish, and melted it over the top during the plating to avoid the stringy goopy stuff. And for reference, I seasoned it with Smoked Paprika, Chili Powder, Black Pepper, Salt, and Cumin. Lots of Cumin.

The picture I posted (which is now under a spoiler because I didn't notice how huge it was) was really bad at showing the notable brown color of Tahquamenon. Here's a better picture which is also in winter.
