Amusingly, the avatar is a self-proclaimed "hero of justice" whose shtick revolves around being a parody/affectionate homage to 50s superheroes (and also being incredibly unlucky, but that's beside the point.)

Water table's been crazy high around here lately. We're not usually an area to flood, but a few days of solid rain since the end of Winter will do that.

I really do love all the heavy, cold end-of-winter rain, though.
