What are those rooms for? Can I put something in there or it is an unfinished project or something?

That was the unfinished dormitory. The other room was the old dining hall.

Here we go.  Fortress dwarfs:

If you don't like your title, the fort is out of my hands.  I ran out of inspiration halfway through.

Top level:

You can see the entrance and the trade depot

Next level down, part 1:

Most of this is self-explanatory, I set up a bunch more archery targets.

Next level, part 2:

Was too lazy to splice these together.  Makeshift hospital, tree farm, and pasture.

Third level:

Bedrooms, some engraved, some not.

Fourth level:

Picture and explanation also above.

Fifth level:

New dining hall and food processing areas.

Sixth level:

Crafting district

And then 19 levels of this:

I'm not kidding.  19.

First cavern level:

And there's the lever that you pull if any forgotten beasts spawn.  I didn't put it there, mind you.

A bunch of up-down stairs, then:

Yep, that's the bridge the lever retracts.  Or moves in a direction.  I don't know.

Further down in the caverns:

That's the well.  A frickin mile from the rest of the fort.  Ah, well.  We'll probably have to colonize the caverns eventually anyways.

As a bonus, here's some of the engravings:

Ooooookay then.

We have like three of these.  Like, exact replicas.

What's with this guy's fascination with that dingo man, anyway?

For that matter, why is the fort obsessed with Batdwarf.  Like half the engravings of dwarfs are of him.  If not more than half.

Correcting right now.Corrected
Also, Mask, you could have told me that you were going to show how the fortress looked. Some of your images are not up to date anymore :)

Oh, I should have mentioned this out of character at some point:  All of the dwarfs with fishing enabled were ordered not to fish by me.  That's everyone but these new migrants.

You can see in my journal that we only got ONE new fisherdwarf :P As opposed to a crowd of farmers.

I meant dwarfs with fishing enabled.  But yeah, I guess I should have been more clear.

I think that all the dwarves are obsessed with Batdorf because he is one of the only dwarves to have survived a fight with the husks. What more, he was fighting one with his fists.

Oh, and Zlob, that was just out of boredom. I'm sure you've done sweeping renovations. The main point of that was so that other people could see where I left the fort. And I guess to make sure you knew we had a well. I didn't see it till like 1/2 the way through my overseership.
