If an adventurer kills a king, the SNC sends out a public announcement "Great Leader is dead. Dwarf Fortress must fall. Remove the marked target to accept contract." and puts bounty on all nobles. Your legal status as a citizen of the respective civilisation will be permanently revoked upon completion of your first contract, at which point you become a so-called Beardagor. If you have any questions, merchants sell a copy of a codex titled "Terms and Conditions and FAQ".

The name generator should be tweaked to sometimes generate the the names “Athe” and “Agnos” (especially when generating the names of deities).

Don't know where it originally started, but here's some dumbness.

Occasionally, an outsider might appear on your map and meet with your leader.  The outsider will claim your site as their own and ask you to leave.  If you accept, your fortress will be abandoned to ruin.  If you refuse, the outsider will become hostile.  Invariably, the outsider will be naked, armed with (at most) a wooden training spear, and have no skills whatsoever.

Confusion should be contagious, and every time a confused dwarf comes into contact with a confused dwarf it should get more confused, and this should be able to continue until a dwarf is basically brain dead.
