Yep, another Wiki-Wars game. I'm not as good at storytelling or GM'ing as the past hosts (that's why there's no grandiose story behind all of this lol), but I hope we can have fun nonetheless.
With that said, I declare yet another Wikipedia War!
It's an 8-player free-for-all, last one standing wins!
Combat and other complicated actions use a D10. 1 is complete failure, 10 is complete success (rolls can be modified via status effects). Simple actions will usually not require a roll. Chunky Salsa rule will be used.
The setting for the fight is randomly chosen and will be revealed when all 8 player slots are filled.
Players that join after all slots are filled will be put on a waitlist and can join in next round.
NOTE: Please use parenthesis when talking OOC!
When you first join the game, you will be given 5 random Wiki articles. These articles will give you stat boosts and abilities that correspond to the article (I.E. an article for a renowned scientist will give you +2 Intelligence). You can gain more articles by killing other players, or by other means.
Sometimes, articles will give you special abilities or physical items, like weapons. These are called Abilities and Assets respectively. Some articles can even give you a friendly Ally to assist you!
Occasionally, you may also start with, or gain articles from Sub-wikis (Wikis centered around fictional properties). You can start with up to 3 of these.

Season's Greetings
It was just a regular day for the town of La Donjuana, Columbia. The fact that it felt like a hot summer's day in December was a bit puzzling, but it's probably just global warming, right? Before they could think about that too hard, though, a bus high-tailed it through one of the few quiet roads. It was crudely painted gray, seemingly by one guy, with a big yellow "W" spray-painted on the side. The hulking, dull chunk of poor artistry seriously clashed with the colorful motorcycles passing it, but the residents paid no mind. (That may have been the biggest mistake they ever made.)
The bus pulled over near the entrance to a pathway leading into a forest as 10 figures walked out. These mysterious humans(?) silently followed the trail, looking over their shoulders at each other. At the end of the path was a large, open area. With a better view of this figures, it was clear that they weren't normal humans... They were mighty Wiki Warriors!
The warriors stood on a circle facing away from each other and started to prepare. NRDL looked at his loyal servant and nodded. 0rca_Tr0per started motioning to his Bodyguard, presumably about battle plans. King Zultan cracked open his Beer Can and took a small sip. Hotfire90 loaded his Laser Rifle and examined it. ANGRY_DEMON_NOISES's Kentrosaurus Egg shook a bit (whether it was out of fear or not remains to be seen). ziizo's Butt Bombs gave off a smell that certainly did not help ease the tension. Marksdorf stretched his monstrously long arms out, startling the wildlife. Failbird let out a small hum, his "mouth" furiously searching for nectar in the area.
As soon as someone made a move, all hell would break loose.

Live and Let Die!
The tension in the air was thick as the warriors waited for someone to attack. Each one locked eyes with each other, the fury in their eyes piercing like daggers. Those with swords sharpened them, those with guns reloaded and took aim, and those with no weapons glanced around for tree branches and the like. Everyone seemed to be prepared to battle with grace and precision...
Which would've been the case had 0rca_Tr0per not started swinging at everyone like a maniac.
[5 vs. 1, 2, 4, 8] This confusing choice actually caught a few people off-guard! King Zultan was badly cut in the chest and knocked onto the ground, Hotifre90 was sliced dangerously close to his neck, and ANGRY_DEMON_NOISES could only barely get his Egg out of the way before it sustained a bit of damage (it didn't break, surprisingly enough). This rampage didn't last long, however, as ziizo managed to completely avoid the attack. 0rca, caught off-guard, tripped on a rock and landed square on his face. His bodyguard ran over and covered him, just as baffled as everyone else. Seems like that episode wasn't a part of the plan.
Meanwhile, NRDL hid behind a large tree close by along with his servant while the others were distracted (Thankfully trees like this were a common sight in these parts) and took aim at the disoriented 0rca. Before he could fire, however, 0rca's Bodyguard came over and knelt down to cover him. Doesn't look like there was gonna be a first blood this turn, but at least he could kill one of 0rca's only defenses. NRDL took aim once more [10] and blew the guard's brains out before he could get up. The bodyguard fell onto 0rca's body, nearly crushing him.
King Zultan started crawling back to the bus, grabbing a stick that was next to him to defend himself. He was starting to feel faint from the blood loss.
Failbird105 flew high up to try and escape the chaos, but ziizo readied up to throw a Butt Bomb at him! ziizo was at a disadvantage against a flying target, but if he hit Fail just right, it was gonna be a long fall. [9-2=7] He threw the bomb up as high as he could. It didn't quite make it to Failbird's height, but the cloud of gas will surely disorient him.
As he was clutching his upper chest in pain, Hotfire90 summoned an imp [2/2 turns left] and aimed his laser pistol at ziizo as he was distracted with trying to snipe Failbird. Both were at a disadvantage, so it was perfectly balanced... [3] Hotfire's laser shot missed ziizo by an inch. ziizo jumped from the shock and turned around just in time to see Hotfire's imp screech and latch onto his face.
Hotfire started to limp away, only to find Marksdorf dashing at him with an evil smile, ready to pull off his SUPER GRAB AND DRAG! [9 vs. 1] Somehow, against all odds, Marksdorf completely missed Hotfire and slammed into the tree NRDL was hiding behind.
ANGRY_DEMON_NOISES retreated behind a bush and fused his mirror and egg. The egg gained a mirror coating, which allowed it to reflect energy-based attacks and generally made the shell more durable. Bad news was that the spying properties of the Crystal Ball would be lost when the egg hatched. Whoops. While he still had time, he decided to go attack the first vulnerable person he saw. He walked around until he saw the still-unconsious 0rca, with his bodyguard's lifeless corpse on top of him. Demon simply shook his head as he lifted his foot up... [2] But he couldn't kill him. It wouldn't be fair to off someone within the first 5 minutes... Right? It was a dumb decision and Demon knew it, but it was a house rule to him (or at least as much of a house rule as not murdering someone immediately can be). He turned around and left 0rca. Who knows? Maybe he'd return the favor sometime.

The Cursed Rolls
[8-2 (Badly Bleeding)=6] King Zultan managed to get back up on his feet and begin running to the bus successfully, but his condition was worsening. Zultan was already unsure if he could get to the bus in time, but Hotfire catching up to him with his rifle at the ready did not help matters. Without hesitation, Hotfire took the shot [3] and missed, giving Zultan a moment to duck behind a tree for cover.
NRDL surveyed Zultan and Hotfire's scuffle from a distance and motioned an attack order to his servant. In an instant, the both of them pounced out from behind their cover and started racing over to Hotfire... But not before Marksdorf recovered from his embarassing blunder and tried his patented SUPER GRAB AND DRAG on them! [10 vs. 1, 1] Maybe it was the element of surprise, or maybe it was the new targets, but this time the move had worked scarily well. Marksdorf grabbed both NRDL and his servant by their necks and flew up high, spinning around violently. His tight grip crushed the two's necks like soda cans as the spinning sped up to breakneck speeds. After what felt like an eternity, Marksdorf shot back down to earth like a dwarf-sized meteor along with his two victims, their bodies broken beyond repair. [New Article gained: Randy California]
0rca finally wakes up, only to discover his bodyguard's corpse crushing him. [5] Even with all of his might, he could only move his decapitated partner a smidget. He was still trapped, but at least his arms were free. Before 0rca could do anything else, though, a shadow had crept over him. There stood ANGRY_DEMON_NOISES, arms crossed. Without a word, he lept up and prepared to land on the incapacitated warrior. [6 vs. 10] The adrenaline had increased 0rca's strength tenfold as he was able to push his bodyguard's body off of his easily. This caught Demon off-guard, causing him to stumble a bit and giving 0rca ample time to give him a swift slash with his Night's Cresent! [5] 0rca managed to get a clean slash on Demon's back. Nothing special, but damage was damage.
ziizo tried to get the Imp off of him before it could ravage his face any more. [4 vs. 5] ziizo simply couldn't get the little menace off his head for the life of him. If that weren't enough, Failbird was rocketing down towards him, ready to skewer ziizo with his ski pole! [3-1 (Disoriented) vs. 2-2 (Distracted by Imp)] Failbird missed completely, but ziizo wasn't capable of seizing the opportunity for... Obvious reasons.
(All I can say is: Jesus, the dice did not want to play nice this turn. Map is coming tomorrow, need to get to bed early. Sorry!)
