NEWSFLASH
•Due to the mayor's policy on reducing the police force to create a non-threatening image, the force is so small that very few officers are on duty. Well at least those that will actually do something.

ACT1
E1: Dogo cop and backpack man defeat ninjos in alley.
E2: Dogo cop defeat bikers at the fair.
E3: backpack man and Dogo cop arrest green ninjo at arcade. Admits to being from before.
E4: FAILED: (deadline) ninjos steal a tiki mask from museum.
E5: back-packman and dogo arrest another green ninjo at arcade. Police Chief set him free. Dogo cop fired.

From the interrogation you find out that there is a green ninjo base hidden in that arcade. They are luring kids into a life of crime.

You find the secret entrance and two green ninjos are surprised to see you and prepared to attack. They press a silent alarm button.

"That's cause it was supposed to be a program against drugs. Mayor was pressured to try and implement it. He did, to the lowest degree possible. Less than a day on the beat, and I got fired because the police chief is too lenient. Now give me an exact location on the dock. An address."
