This game will take place in various parts of an afterlife. Beyond that, the mechanics and setting are intentionally left vague. I felt like making something needlessly cryptic and bizarre.
For the most part we'll be using standard RTD mechanics. Stats exist, but instead of providing bonuses they define how characters interact with the world (and how the world interacts with them).
The game may not run very long. Aside from being busy in real life, I made it on a whim at three in the morning. We'll see how it goes.
