But first i am going to infect all the goblin civs. If a manage to infect their leaders, they may appear in fortress mode in a siege  and start
puking, infecting their troops.

This is sweet. Make sure you infect those dwarves and start with the correct civ.

THIS IS THE STORY OF A DAY WHERE THERE WAS ALL THIS VOMIT. A MAN WAS WALKING AROUND AND VOMIT STARTED COMING OUT OF HIM EVERYWHERE. THERE WAS SO MUCH VOMIT THAT IT FILLED UP A FORTRESS. HE WENT TO THE STORE AND THERE WAS JUST VOMIT ALL OVER THE PLACE! PEOPLE WERE SLIPPING IN IT AND THEY WERE ALL GROSSED OUT. HE TRIED TO GO SWIMMING AND ALL OF THE SHARKS WENT NUTS AND BITTENED EVERYBODY. HE GOT CHASED BY ALL THE VAMPIRES EVER. ONE TIME THE VOMIT GOT A KID AND A DOG. AT THE END OF THE DAY EVERYONE DECIDED THEY WOULD SEND HIM TO SPACE SO THAT HE WOULD STOP GETTING VOMIT EVERY WHERE. THE SCARIEST PART IS THAT THE MAN WAS YOU!!! (OR HE WAS A LADY IF YOU ARE A LADY) AND YOU FORGOT THAT THIS HAPPENED

Go back and see if you can get a more lethal syndrome. One that takes a while to start actually hurting you. Then go back and puke on everyone. You have the potential to be the start of a plague.

You should infect the immortals.  Namely Elves.  Think of them vomiting dwarf chunks onto their precious trees until the end of days.  There are worse fates than death on battle...

Also, can demons be infected?
