Recognising the violence that was sure to erupt, Jaxar takes the mature point and tries to separate any fights. If challenged himself, he will smash their puny form into oblivion. (hit em once to teach them a lesson)

Finally! Mother was pleased with him, and was even giving him a reward! That should show those foolish siblings of his who is the best, surely.
He glanced the thing he'd found over once more, then gave a smug, superior grin as he followed along after Mother, with as much of a swagger as his battered self could manage.
Koraeleth follows Mother, paying no more heed to the creature, and looking very pleased with himself.

Spoiler:  Utterly Useless Lore (click to show/hide)

The Pack

Acheran (Tarran)

That roar meant something…You didn't know what, but you weren't very keen on exploring any further to find out. You sit down. Your brother Alterix is not as timid however and runs off to find the source of the roar. With him goes the light. You are in total darkness.

Your to fearful of what lies in the dark to get up, but you know that if you stay here too long you might die…You decide to wait a bit longer before moving on. As time elapses, you hear steps coming your way…Perhaps it is death coming for you? Some kind of creature with an empty belly? Fortunately, it turns out to be mother with Alterix and another dragon hatchling with them. The darkness is gone with the light of Alterix's stone.

"Child? Ah here you are….I was worried something had happened to you. This is why you shouldn't wander off in these tunnels."

She nuzzles you, and then tells you to follow her. As you walk along, you find out that the red dragon is your sibling, apparently named Koraeleth. He has wounds and drying blood all over him. During the trip, you stay next to your brother and eventually reach a room with a carcass. You eat up.

+5 strength
+5 toughness.

Soon after, you arrive at a large chamber filled with shiny stuff as well with other dragons  and some kind of creature. Perhaps they are all your siblings (except the thing of course)?

Alterix (Aklyon)

The roar sounded…dragonish. With the little knowledge you have, you deduce that it must be mother. You scamper towards what you believe to be the source of the roar. You go through the tunnels, with lightstone in your mouth. Through the twists and turns and through the darkness. You often hear some kind of noise, obviously coming from a creature of some sort, but you ignore them and continue looking for your mother.

Eventually, you bump head-on into a red drake. Not exactly who you were expecting. The dragon snarls for a few seconds and then, ignores you. You see mother right behind him.

"Where is your brother Alterix!? Don't tell me you left him alone! He was your twin, and twins don't leave each other's sides!"

She was maddened; not wishing to anger your mother any further, you head back through the tunnels with the red drake (who you learn to be your brother) and mother, and eventually you reach the place where you left Acheran. Seems he dug into the ground a bit.

Mother spoke to him and then turns away and orders everyone to follow her. Eventually you reach a chamber in the tunnels with many treasures as well as other dragons (who you believe to be siblings) and a…thing.

Koraeleth (Yoink)

You leave with mother to get food. Hungry you were. Wonder what it would taste like? Your mother leads you off through the tunnels and reach a small chamber. There is a carcass in the middle.

"Eat up, then we'll look for your brothers."

Brothers? More of them? Well perhaps you could show to them your dominance.

+5 strength for  first meal
+5 toughness for first meal

After you eat, you are led by mother through the tunnels. Eventually, you bump into another dragon. He has a strange stone in his mouth, emanating light.

Mother talks to him and asks where his twin is. He goes off and leads mother to him, you of course follow. Eventually, you find him in the darkness just huddling by himself. WIth him found, you head back through the tunnels and make a detour into the chamber with the carcass, for your brother to eat. Eventually you arrive back at the main chamber.

Trait gained- Weakness. Your wounds have not completely left you. You are permanently injured with a -3 strength.

Gravnoth( Haika)

The red dragon got to go with mother! Weren't you the greatest dragon here? Perhaps that's why she left you here, to watch over your kin and the…thing the red dragon brought. With him gone, the thing was completely unguarded. A toy! (5+1) You bite the thing's leg. The thing didn't like that at all, actually he screamed at you. He actually deigned to touch your head and pushed you off. His leg was bloody now, and he was trying to limp off into a treasure pile.

As you were watching the thing, the stupid black dragon jumped on you.

Spoiler: FIGHT! (click to show/hide)
Azkul is barely wounded, Gravnoth on the other hand, has been bloodied once again, and open wounds. Knowing Gravnoth, the fight would have gone on until one of them died or surrendered (unlikely to happen), but fortunately the chromatic dragons stepped in and forced them to stop. Azkul while still lusting for blood, was happy enough knowing he had taken superiority. Gravnoth however…well at least he had learned something.

Trait gained- Hard Fighter. You have fought your first real fight. While still simple play by dragon terms, it has taught you a valuable lesson in combat. +1 to initiative rolls.

Trait gained- Severely Wounded. -12 to strength and agility until age-up. -2 to strength and agility rolls as well.

You go to lick your wounds. Kefka stays by you, guarding you. It shames you to believe that you need protection, but your in too much pain to even try to protest.

Soon enough, mother comes back with Koraeleth and two other dragons.

Azkul (Azkul)

Azkul watched his mother and brother leave. His siblings were still here as well as the thing. He ignored it and decided to watch. The chromatic brothers were playing a game with some of the shiny stuff, while Gravnoth was doing something to the thing. Biting it. The thing didn't like that and pushed his brother off. Why did Gravnoth think he could just bite the thing? He hadn't been in this world for long, but he believed mother wouldn't have approved of that. Besides that, Gravnoth thought himself superior, the haughty fool.

With your anger ready, you readied your strike and pounced. (2+2) You pounce on brother Gravnoth, taking him by surprise. (2+2) You bite him as he is confused, dealing 4 damage
(Dodge, unblockable counter, and double attack)

With victory still in your mind, you decide that you get to stay by the thing. Your not going to bite it of course, but you get the right to stay by it. Jaxar watches you with wary.

Soon enough, mother comes back with Koraeleth and two other dragons.

Kefka & Jaxar (Firelordsky & Spaghetti7)

With mother and Koraeleth gone, you two decide to play a game. You both try to delve into the treasure piles, show it to each other, then place them back within the piles. Then you look for each other's treasure. Its all good fun, then you hear the thing scream. Seems that Gravnoth bit it. Gravnoth was thrown off, and as soon as that happened, Azkul pounced and attacked him. He was not merciful at all. After seeing Gravnoth get beaten (he deserved it, but still) both of you decide to separate them. Fortunately, both of you are able to.

Soon enough, mother comes back with Koraeleth and two other dragons.

The Thirster

Conchobar (Sinpwn)

You once again ask mother about magic, this time showing her your new toy. (5+1)

"Ah, my son it seems you have felt magic, Magic lets you do many special things and even more non-special things. It can take ages to master, some people can't even use it. But you my son seem able to. That thing you have was used to store magic."

Acheran was curious at the strange thing. It didn't look like a dragon. And it seemed to be bleeding and in pain.

Approach the human and look at him curiously in the cutest way possible. Also, look at mother in a way as if asking for help. Help for helping the creature, of course.

Bah. What horrible siblings, not a decent one in the bunch. Gravnoth is done with this. He will go exploring, hopefully to find something more interesting than his annoying siblings and the stupid fleshy thing.

Koraeleth grimaced at the twinges of pain through his limbs. It had been a long day... His first day! At least he'd had something to eat.
But he wasn't about to show how much pain he was in, especially not in front of these two fools he'd helped Mother find, not to mention his other siblings. He limped along behind Mother, and growled when he saw the bloody, poor state of the creature. He looked questioningly up at Mother, ready to pounce on the nearest of his siblings if she showed signs of being upset by this development.  "What they do?! That my present for Mother!!"
Koraeleth hides the pain he's in, follows Mother to the cavern and sees the human, and makes ready to attack one of his siblings if she seems upset by its injury.

Pleased with what he had achieved, and knowing that it was the mature thing to do, Jaxar will continue to try to gain relations with his mother by telling her of the incident, and how him and Kefka "saved the day."
