Ill do half and half, meaning that i will lay down some abilities, whilst you can suggest others.

It seems that the over all opinion is to unanimously stay and eat from the organism, from the inside...
And equal amounts of parasite upgrades and acid resistance. Since Parasite upgrades was mentioned first almost always in each post, parasite upgrades will come first, then acid resistance. If you have enough evo points.

Enzymes aren't acids, though. I think that they are very powerful cell-constructed catalysts that massively enhance the rate of decomposition. We can beat them by simply not having any vulnerable molecular structures that those particular enzymes are designed to affect.

Later on vibrations will pretty much become useless compared to other things.
And vibrations is very poor atm, you only noticed the other cell due to its proximity.

You start chewing around the barrier of the vacuole and start pushing yourself into the cytoplasm.
You were aprtially too late though as enzymes started filling up the vacuole again, luckily they only effected your backside as you swum through the cytoplasm, eventually losing them in the cytoplasm.
Health is now 2 hitpoints out of 4.
Now that you are in the safety of the cytoplasm, you decide to upgrade your parasite stats.
+1 Parasite skill, level 3 parasite skill, 1 evo point remaining, you can now leech off of the host, still ineffectively but less than before, much lower chance to kill the host.
You stay and start consuming the nutrients from the host, your hunger is back up to 100%.

5. Attempt to find the Mitochondria for its delicious ATP. (Eat the ATP for health and a few Evo points, can kill the large cell this way)

Requires parasite level 5 for symbiosis level 1.
You can also evolve Chloroplasts for light absorption, this will allow you to feed anywhere there is light, works great in combination with the light spot. This will make you more of a plant cell and will gain you less Evo points if you were a pure carnivore, if you are an omnivore, you gain the most Evo points.

Silhouette, if we multiply (we should just be able to split apart) can that one follow the beginning parasite? or will it go off on its own?

I was just going to mention division, cell division halves your hitpoints, and hunger.
It requires rest to recover from said division.
Evo points will be able to be crossed over (Yes, that means if you eat the dna from one animal with one cell, you can use those evo points on the other cell who sat and did shit all, im doing it this way otherwise it would be too hard in the later on stages.)
Note: Cell division CAN kill you, and hp is rounded down.
An option for cell division will be in the next round.

So off you go, hunting for the nucleus, consuming more ntrients along the way, but not enough to heal you, just satisfy your on going hunger.
You almost get sucked into a vacuole filled to the brim of enzymes, but manage to divert just in time, and the vacuole floats passed, on a whim you decide to follow said vacuole and discover that it takes you right around near the nucleolus.
You begin eating your way through the nucleolus and to the nucleus, consuming the very very delicious DNA.
But by now, the cell seems aware of your presence, and with its last dying action, enzymes start crowding around the entrance you had made to the nucleus.
All functions of the cell start dying off.
+13 Evo points.
You currently have 14 evo points.

Increasing in size costs less than growing a stronger cell membrane/wall but adds less health.
E.g.
Size would be 1 2 3 4 5 etc...
Whilst membrane/wall would be 2 4 6 8 10...
Meanwhile, another entity is growing and evolving somewhere else in this liquid....

You can only control certain things at certain levels...
E.g.
If you stay the size you are, with the brain capacity and single celled, youll only be able to control other cells, like that large one you were in, or small multi celled ones.
If you increase size and brain capacity, multi-cellular then you will be able to control much larger things, will update later...

I say we buy SPECIALIZED enzyme resistance; rather than raw chemical resilience our current "acid/enzymes/stuff" resistance is we get specific countermeasures to the specific classes of enzymes we have encountered so far. It probably only woks on this specific species of cell and close relatives, but it ought to be much more powerful (approaching perfection) relative to it's price.

Up to level 10 max, thats basically complete enzyme resistance, but if your meaning for your points.. lol dunno.

*(Level 5 is normal parasitic abilities, and like 5% chance of the host dying, level 6 is above average parasitic abilities, and 0% chance of the host dying, level 7 is weakly efficient parasitic abilities, +5% of the cell actually being beneficial (Basically the beginnings of symbiosis.) And so on and so on till level 10, which is perfect parasitic abilities, 5% chance of being caught, 20% being beneficial to the host cell, and no chance of the host dying.)

The enzymes have little time to react now that you have a flagellum.
You do sustain some damage though, although very minor compared to what you inflict on the enzymes.
The enzymes are defeated, but you can almost tell for certain that more will be coming soon, and in much larger numbers.
The body is beginning to decompose itself.

1: Quickly find the nearest exit out of the cell

As the cell is degrading, this will attract other cells, maybe not as large or larger cells but enough to cause you problems as time goes on...

When you go against the norm and do something crazy like we have been doing it normally makes things harder and more interesting as well as complex. Not to stop the game and having it die just after tutorial zone and before you get out of the cell... Tutorial zone has now reached until you get out of the cell... which is like now...

You stand your ground and wait patiently for the enzymes to come closer, once they are in close enough range you charge out of the nucleus and start consuming the enzymes, eating left and right, sometimes only part of them...
It is a long and furious battle, but it is over now, by some miraculous achievement, you have survived...
Everything around you is light again, except for the remains of the nucleus and nucleolus.
This indicates that you are outside, looking around you can just notice what seems to be other cells, feasting on enzymes and the remains of the dead cell as well as absorbing nutrients.
You notice that there is a lot more enzymes on just one remaining part of the cell than the amount that attacked you, you surely were lucky...

Also, multi-cellular organisms (is different than just cell division) will allow you to become much larger and advance to the next stage.
Cell size can only go up to 10, basically like every ability, excluding a few special ones, your cell can not grow bigger than that unless you get the ability of cell wall and large vacuole, even then its not worth it unless your planning on becoming a plant like creature...
Multi-cellular organisms is the other way to get bigger and much more complex creatures, you can control more of an organism with multi-cellular organisms, especially in later stages where you have a brain...
The brain can not be developed yet in this stage at all and can only be developed later on, past multi-cellular stage...
Having a brain allows you to do much more things than before rather than relying simply on instinct...
Certain skills have levels in them, and may change in certain stages.
E.g.
Parasitism in cell stage will change to "basic parasitism" in creature stage, it will also have three stages of parasitism, basic, normal, and advanced.
Certain skills branch off into other skills, and can only be available as long as you reach the skill requirement...
