If you mean brandy, yes!

The next poster is scared of paperwork.

I love lost tech, so maybe a few autoboats that run on something no one knows how to make anymore and are just slowly dying out. Could be transportation across a otherwise unnavigable river/highly desired as yachts for rich nobles.

Castles and forts in ruins, obviously, but chuck in a few Walking Castles while you're at it. Even if they're in ruins, its at least a new type to explore.

Rust Monsters that got a taste for magical items.

Depending on how wild you want the setting, an inactive mass destruction device in a town, sething like Megaton from Fallout 3.

'Debugging is twice as hard as writing the code in the first place. Therefore, if you write the code as cleverly as possible, you are, by definition, not smart enough to debug it.'

Love this quip.

Been playing a lot of games lately, in very short bursts.

Nioh is absolutely great and far more my style of game than Dark Souls is. It's just fast Dark Souls, which more customization. It honestly buckles under all the mechanics it introduces, but whatever - it plays amazing.

Battletech is also very good. Gameplay, customization, and story, all are satisfying. I've had a lot of fun just taking jobs to blow away caravans or stomp all over some pirates.

Balatro is hyped beyond belief and yes, it is very good.

I've been playing We Love Katamari, the remaster, with my daughter - it's great, love reliving my childhood games with my kid.

Other Games / Re: Vintage Story - Better than TerafirmaCraft!

Okay I'm actually giving this game an honest shot and it's awesome. It somehow recaptures the novelty which Minecraft had for me in the beginning. The in-game guides are solid, and discovering stuff as I go has been great.

What VPNs do you guys trust? Specifically for a windows PC

I use Astrill here in China, which has been reliable, and without reports of bullshit. I'd also recommend ProtonVPN, as proton's services all seem to be pretty good eggs.

If you end up with a clog later, at least it should be easy to clear.

I did that same 'flush first then fish it out' calculation with a bluetooth headphone...sayonara little guy.

DeepAI works well enough and doesn't require much.
