Price check on creating a private physical plane containing a massive library containing information on mortals(not telling what kind of info for now)

Edit: and also a protection preventing any book to leave the plane and stopping the creation of any copies of their content, so that they never appear on The Divine Library or anywhere else outside of this plane.

Believe me, I have a very specific goal with this library. The kind of information I want will probably not be found in The Divine Library, as my books will not be about preexisting ones.

It will not contain information previously written. Everything inside will be new.

And about that divine library, will the fact that my plane is private be enough to stop it's content to appear in it, or should I include another form of protection?

You probably could just have whatever copies of your stuff in Divine library deleted/restricted, but slaping on some protection wouldn't hurt.

I have another noobish question for anyone to answer: How can I increase my maximum essence, do I just have to raise it past the current cap?

Another price check, this time on the creation of an asteroid belt, containing a normal sized planet's worth in rocks and minerals, It would be maintained in place by the local gas giant and contain a large amount of iron.
