Simple Mod Request

As an impatient, ADHD-ridden player, I'm trying to speed up the game drastically by making the goblins start coming at fortress population 7. Is there a mod to do this, and if not, how would I change this?

The best way would probably to remove the [trIGGER_blah blah] tags from the goblin entity. I am pretty sure that this will cause them to appear right off the bat like the dwarves.
