Turn off migration? - resolved

I have a theme fort going and I want to turn off migrant waves completely. Is this something that is possible to do?

You should be able to adjust the population cap to 7 mid-save in the main options (init file or noob pack, whichever).
It used to be that you'd still get the first two waves of migrants anyhow if you did that, but apparently you don't anymore. Let us know how it goes.

I should have mentioned that I want the population to grow via marriage + birth. Will this still be allowed?

Population cap will disable immigration but not births, the strict population cap will disable both.
