And for that matter, I'm looking for more people for my BYOR.

I think most people are just BYORed out. I know I am. I think I did three in rapid succession. So sorry about that.

What about a Bring Your Own Raccoon mafia?
CRAZY ENOUGH TO WORK!

You know how when you pretend to be something else, and forget what you actually are, that your pretending is so good? And then have the sudden epithany of "WTF am I doing?" Yeah. Because of that, I think that day phase questioning becomes less effective as the game goes on, since mafia and thirds will have lied so much about being town that they might forget that they're mafia, or disconnect from the role. Which makes me more reliant on mechanical actions and night phase activity to win.
Yeah, I'm never like this- the day phase isn't my strong suit. But I'm more reliant on mechanics and night phase to win from the beginning of the game- it's just more understandable for me.
Playstyles, eh?

And for that matter, I'm looking for more people for my BYOR.

Huh. Well... that makes sense. And actually, I've been pushing around a Doctor Who themed setup that I could get evaluated and run that instead if my BYOR doesn't get its last three players...

I prefer the day game to the night game. Then again, I'm usually a VT, and I usually enjoy it, so there's that.

This is probably why I don't really enjoy BYOR games too much.

Not surprised. A little irritated, maybe. Is there a player, who in a tie with me, who you would lynch over me given their respective meta play?
Shakerag.

You played KOTM, so you'd know why.
What the hell.

:D

Not really, I wouldn't make KOTM a reason to lynch you, only if it was Flabort's situation where I had to decide based only on your meta play.

You stole his role before the game even started. Evidently this took away his mojo because he was lynched D1 as KING MAFIA.

Ohh, riiiight.  I think I vaguely remember that.

Oh yeah I remember that.  Good times, good times.

If only he'd had the guts to hammer both of you, the game might have come out very different.

PUZZLE TEMPLE PANIC! is now in sign-ups. It's sort of like what would happen if you crossed mafia with Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis adventure game. Or if Tomb Raider had 13 Lara Crofts and 3 of them were secretly good.

Lara Croft is evil?

Speaking of cooperative puzzle games, have any of y'all played the Battlestar Galactica board-game? It's like Mafia meets Pandemic in the flavor of the TV show.

I haven't, but I really want to. It sounds great from everything I've heard.
