Title: Where's the snatcher tag

People say you can remove the snatcher tag to increase the number of snatches. Which file is the tag in?

[BABYSNATCHER]

And, erm, removing the tag will increases Sieges, not Snatchings, as they'll siege instead of trying to steal your dwarf-spawn.
