Title: Free Fallout Shelter?

I was seducing a CCS member, and when I finished I told him to stay at the fallout shelter, but instead of it showing up as a CCS safehouse, it showed up as one of my safehouses.

What version of the game was this on? Did you have multiple cities enabled?

Ths was on 4.07.0, and there is no option for multiple city so no.
