Title: Help with degree planning abroad (Finland or somewhere else)

As of recently i've served my time and left the army (IDF (thank god thats over)).
My general plan is to gtfo of Israel and get some worldly experience and a bachelors degree in either economics or environmental engineering preferably in Finland and preferably in English.
I need some advice regarding Universities in Finland and general advice about popular engineering  degrees and studying abroad since i'm not acquainted with anyone that studied abroad.
