Is this letter just to get their home address? If so, wouldn't it be easier to just ask them yourself?
Either way, I'm in the UK and willing to do it if you donate the reward money to Amnesty International, Oxfam or Doctors Without Borders and forward me the receipt.
E: Aren't you in the EU yourself though?

Norway is despite appearances not a EU member, merely EEC
Huh, TIL.
Anyways, if you put it in two envelopes (with their address on the inner one) then could I just stick a few stamps on and drop it off in a postbox, right?
-
i've got some po boxes around, pm me if you wish

I'd be willing to help as well, if it isn't too late or lordcooper already made things happen. The world cannot be denied the glory of the lusekofta.
Oh, and I'm Swedish as well, in case you don't remember.

Oh, that's pretty great. I'm glad that you thought of me, and I hope it gets there okay. Despite not being a lusekofta :P

Why is Norway not in the EU in the first place? I never got that.
-
Because 1, the EU sucks for socialist countries; and b, they're the richest country in Europe because of all their oil and do fine on their own. Joining the EU would be like attaching a leech to their money reserves.
-
Well no, not actually.
The main flaw in that reasoning is that under the current system, Norway already pays for most European institutions, is bound by most European laws, and also have access to some of the benefits. The only thing they don't get is the right to decide what happens with those laws, though we're generally so nice as to ask of them what they like of it before implementing.
Real reason why they're not part is popular referenda. Government would like to join, the people rejected.
((On a side note, it's but a question of how stable an economy is when 20% of it's GDP is from oil exports.))
-
they're the richest country in Europe
By what metric? Basing it from GDP would have Russia or Germany coming out top.

That post was written like five minutes after I got out of bed, before I've even had my morning coffee. It's literally just a stream-of-thought mindburp.

Pretty sure they're loan-free.
-
Nope. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_public_debt)

They're the richest country in Europe based on GDP per capita, if you ignore Luxembourg, Liechtenstein and Monaco. ((And the richest country on earth if you discount several other mini states ))
-
Monaco and Luxembourg is not a real country's there rich mens play grounds and tax havens.
