I've been having trouble logging in on firefox. IE works fine. Any idea what might be causing this?
-
Nope. What kind of "login problems" are you having?
-
I get the following message:
An Error Has Occurred!
Sorry, but you've reached your login attempts threshold. Please wait 30 seconds and try again later.
whenever I put in my login information. I know I'm not typing the password wrong, since it works fine in IE, but no matter what I do, any attempt to log in produces this error message.
-
Does that message appear after a few tries or 1st time you try to log in?
Also you are remembering capital letters and etc etc that you might have forgotten about in saved passwords in IE?
-
It happened every time.
Clearing cookies seems to have fixed it. I don't know.
-
Did you change any settings within firefox and what type version of firefox do you have? To find out the version go to Help>About Firefox
-
Version 25.0.1. I have not changed any settings in the time between when firefox started freaking out and when I had logged in the time before that.
-
Try resetting Firefox by going to Options>Troubleshooting Information then click Reset Firefox button.
-
I already fixed it? I'm not going to go screw with things further and maybe break it again.
I should probably lock this thread.
