Apologies in advance if this is the wrong section. I just joined :P.
When i've edited a XML document, and saved it, what do i have to do to get it in the game?
I've tried it numerous times, edited, and adding some guns, armor, or vehicles, and they just don't seem to show up in game, even when i place them into the pawn and gun, or give them to a gun dealer.
What am i missed here?

It sounds like gone about it the right way.
Any new vehicles you add should be available for stealing, unless you made them impossible to steal, and available to buy if you set that.
Armors should be available for tailoring, unless you made that impossible. They can also be added to shops.
Weapons must be added to shops to be available.
